July 4th Fireworks!!
Hi Everyone,
here's a playlist of videos of the Independence Day fireworks I recorded from a friend's house in Washington DC.
The fireworks where incredible, way better than "La noche de las luces" (my uruguayan friends will know what I'm talking about). They lasted about 20 mins. After they finished what else could we do? Drink beer of course!!

Domingo 11 de junio del 2006, Anápolis, Virginia.
Día nublado con clima agradable y vientos moderados, algo fuertes. Se presentan en el muelle A20 junto al Cheap Trill 7 entusiasmados pasajeros quienes son acogidos por el capitán Ia.
El capitán arremete el motor Johnson de 5 cv y en una maniobra audaz pone al Cheap Trill y sus 7 pasajeros en el canal de salida de la marina de Anápolis.
Una vez lejos de la costa, debido al importante viento el Capitán decide navegar solo con la vela de proa, generando junto con los aperitivos, música lounge y un andar sereno pero firme, condiciones ideales para el regocijo de los pasajeros de abordo.
Para darle un toque especial el capitán paseó el Cheap Trill por entre medio de los puentes de Anápolis, provocando el deslumbre y la fascinación de la sus pasajeros.
En el camino de regreso, mientras parte de los pasajeros disfrutaban del sol, que brindaba un clima sin igual, el capitán volvió viento en contra a la marina desplegando la 2da vela para una mejor navegación.
Una vez en tierra los pasajeros luego de aplaudir la excelente labor de su Capitán, disfrutaron de heladas cervezas y refrescos para culminar una espléndida jornada más en la bahía de Anápolis.
Por la excelente labor e ímpetu para ir siempre a más en la navegación a vela, es que lo saludamos Capitán,

One more link about Uruguay
Hi All,
it's been waaaay too much time since I don't post anything here and since I'm very lazy and busy I won't write about anything hahahaha.
I just want to post another link about Uruguay in case someone is interested in visiting.
The reason for this is that I just got an email about a nice fellow from Canada asking me about home and that he was thinking of visiting. I'm flattered. I hope you go and I hope you enjoy it. Thanks Dude!
Anyways, the website is that of the Uruguay's Ministry of Tourism it has Spanish, English and Portuguese versions so hopefully you'll know one of those languages ;-)
